Shipping Information

All purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. All in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time. These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by “Tegaa.”

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided If shipments are returned to us due to a non-deliverable address / if customer was not there to receive it, buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier and damages that occur during shipment.

For all other situations, we will do our best to help you and evaluate your situation on a case to case basis.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

While we strive to provide you with unique accessories to compliment your style, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to offer you an exchange. Items must be returned to us 7 business days upon its arrival for store credit only. To process an exchange, please email us at info@tegaa.com.

Items purchased on sale are non-returnable.

Our pieces are made by hand and any natural variations are considered unique and characteristic of the crafting techniques used in the making of the piece. We are not responsible for variations in the color of the items due to individual monitor color settings. All pieces are inspected before shipping.

We encourage customers to avoid wetting the jewelry. Remove the jewelry prior to bathing or swimming. Waistbeads however can be worn at all times. Please note that they can stretch out over time so avoid wearing them during activities that will cause pulling on them. 

DEFECTS

Our goal is to make our women who wear Tegaa happy. Our artisans make the best effort to design, manufacture and deliver great quality pieces. However, we are aware that sometimes mistakes are made.

If the product has a manufacturer's defect, please email us within 3 business days upon receipt of the product at info@tegaa.com. Please return item in its original packaging. We will replace it at no cost.
